Hotel Terms and Conditions

A hotel reservation made via the Sibos 2009 Website is only considered valid upon receipt of payment for the conference place. Failure to complete the payment of your conference place could result in your hotel reservation being liable for cancellation by the Registration Office.

The cost of one night's accommodation must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of booking. Thirty days before your arrival, the hotel will charge one night's accommodation to your credit card: this deposit will be non-refundable.

You are provided with a tick box on the credit card guarantee page – if you wish the hotel to charge for all reserved nights 30 days prior to the event, in order to process your accommodation expenses, please ensure that you tick this box.

PRICES AND ROOM TYPE

All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars and exclude taxes (10% service charge). If breakfast is included in the rate this will be indicated on the website and in the hotel confirmation. The price quoted is per room per night.

A SINGLE room rate entitles the room to be occupied by one person for the duration of stay.

A DOUBLE room rate entitles the room to be occupied by two people during part or full duration of stay.

GENERAL HOTEL POLICIES

Standard check in time is 14.00hrs and check out time is 12.00hrs. If you wish to check in before this time, please ensure you have booked the night prior to arrival and indicated this during the booking process online. If you have not arranged this and wish to do so, please contact siboshotels@delegate.com.

If you wish to arrange a late check out, this can be organized with your hotel upon arrival and the hotel will be able to advise you of the additional charges for this service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By making a reservation with the Sibos 2009 Registration Office/Sibos 2009 Website you expressly agree to the following:

In the event of a cancellation of a hotel reservation after close of business on 14 August, 2009 (17:00hrs GMT) or in the event of no-show or early departure, the hotel reserves the right to automatically debit your credit card for all reserved nights.  

Please advise the Registration Office if you will be a late arrival.  

Please note that from 14 August, 2009 you will no longer be able to make any amendments, cancellation or date changes via the Website, please contact the Registration Office directly using the contact details in your hotel confirmation.  

Please ensure that you check the arrival and departure dates carefully at the time of booking, as reductions of stay will be liable for hotel charges after 14 August, 2009.

Please note that you are responsible for settling all bills upon checkout.
