PTMG Conference – Liverpool
22nd and 23rd March 2010
Welcome to the PTMG Conference website for Liverpool. You will find on the following pages all the information you need in order to apply for the Conference. You will see that there are a few differences in the booking form. This is because we have changed conference organisers. The main difference is that instead of booking for the conference and accommodation together you can now book separately and your accommodation will be booked directly with the hotel. At any time after you have made your booking you can, if you wish, revisit it to make changes.
The Conference will be held in the brand new Hilton Hotel, which is situated in the Albert Dock, a World Heritage site. It is right in the heart of the newly developed Liverpool One district and is surrounded by shops, galleries, museums, restaurants and bars. The hotel has excellent conference facilities and very comfortable, spacious rooms. Further details can be found in the section about hotel reservations.
We hope that you will find the Conference programme both educational and interesting. The conference is accredited by both ITMA and The Solicitors Regulation Authority.
The social highlight of the Spring Conference will be the Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner in St. Georges Hall, a landmark Georgian Building with a stunning interior (dress: business/lounge suit). It will take place on the evening of Monday 22nd March.
We have not arranged a guest programme this time but there will be plenty of information available so that guests can make their own arrangements for shopping and sightseeing. Guests are, of course, very welcome to attend the Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner.

You will find in the following pages an application form for the conference and another for the hotel accommodation. Please note that generally a maximum of two delegates per firm will be eligible to apply and it is not possible to register business partners and colleagues as 'guests'. Please also note that conference fees once paid are non-refundable unless cancellation in writing is received at least 2 weeks prior to the event (Monday 8th March). However, delegate substitution is permitted at any time. In the event of cancellation by PTMG, liability will be limited to the return of the conference fees paid.
